Working within a busy sales office in a in a friendly team environment you will be in a supporting role to assist the sales team in providing a professional service to existing and new customers.
Duties will include answering incoming sales calls and transferring accordingly, filing, sending out samples, literature and mailshots, inputting orders and checking of orders already entered, logging and passing on sales leads to the team of sales representatives, assisting sales representatives with administration/information support and general office administration and filing.
Candidates should be self-motivated, accurate and have good communication skills. A basic understanding of IT along with Maths and English of Grade C or above (or equivalent) is required.
This position offers the opportunity to study and complete a Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration after a successful 12 weeks as a trainee.
Hours of Work:-
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
