Lettings Negotiator

Raynes Park

£18k basic plus commission

Maternity Cover starting 1st September

Our client based in Raynes Park is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate with the drive and passion to work in a busy, award-winning Office. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, with the occasional Saturday working 9am – 5pm (with a day off in lieu during the week).

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors regarding maintenance queries
  • Ensuring we have signed terms and conditions
  • Addressing tenant/landlord enquiries as and when
  • General office administration including the organisation of diary
  • Producing tenancy agreements up until move in
  • Overseeing the arrangement of gas safety checks/EPC's and  ensuring the Company has copies of certificates
  • Database training will be given as well as a handover

Personal Specification

  • Experience of working for a busy lettings office  
  • Organised, accurate, with good grammar and spelling
  • Good administration and communication skills (telephone and face-to-face)
  • Positive and proactive
  • Organised, hardworking and resilient
  • Resourceful and able to work under your own initiative
