Sales Administrator



Our client is looking for a skilled and confident Sales Administrator for their busy and vibrant office in Staines. You will be working in a tight-knit team of 9 people, providing administrative support, completing orders, and answering customer queries. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with both customers and within the internal divisions of the company, and keep a cool head and stay calm under pressure.

Full training for the role will be provided. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5pm (with some degree of flexibility).

Key Responsibilities

  • Working within the Account Team on contracted high profile customers
  • Assisting with the monthly/weekly reporting for customers (running reports from our system and analysing the data)
  • Assisting with the month-end shut down
  • Order taking via telephone and email
  • Assisting with monitoring various inboxes
  • Building relationships with customers and internal divisions within the company
  • Monitoring activity queue from internal system

Person Specification

  • Data inputting work experience is essential
  • Customer services work experience and strong values around delivering high levels of customer service is essential
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Confident speaking with customers on the telephone
  • Excel knowledge preferred, but not essential (training can be given)
