As Head of Marketing, your role will be to translate the client’s Group-wide messaging into inspiring Marketing strategies. You will use your knowledge to generate new and innovative ideas to support the ambitious growth plans that as a business we are eager to achieve.

This role will require you to be proactive when approaching the development and implementation of the marketing strategy. You will be part of a fast paced, agile and focused team of individuals who are all striving for one common goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently generate new and creative ideas to promote and bring brands and products to life
  • Create innovative campaign solutions for the Group
  • Implement and maintain a client feedback strategy including but not limited to client calls and client satisfaction surveys
  • Drive lead generation through marketing campaigns
  • Oversee paid acquisition channels including LinkedIn, Google and other third party online advertising platforms ensuring campaigns are optimised for maximum reach
  • Take responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital activity
  • Maintain company data and sales pipeline reports
  • Continuously work to improve all marketing avenues across the Group
  • Plan and execute all events both internally and externally
  • Partner with the various Heads of Department to ensure company branding and collateral is consistently communicated
  • Understand the external environment and use this to position our brand in the market
  • Manage and execute on multi-channel marketing campaigns (both offline & online)
  • Use analytical tools to identify trends and optimize performance
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns across the Group
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers
  • Implement and manage regular Group wide digital campaigns from the planning phase through to reporting on results, including coordination, execution, communication, and results tracking and analytics
  • Drive online traffic to support our newly developed e-commerce function
  • Building strong relationships with key business stakeholders internally
  • Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and Google Analytics insights to improve Group wide performance
  • Develop value propositions and create campaigns to target new and existing clients that deliver strong ROI

Person Specification

  • A wealth of experience in the strategy and tactical delivery of digital marketing, including email, SEO, PPC and social media advertising
  • Proven success in delivering great campaigns, increasing brand reputation and ultimately company growth
  • Excellent research skills - insights about our clients -brand, products, market positioning, audience and competitors - to ensure pitches are relevant
  • A positive energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Commercial experience
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers
  • Extremely creative and innovative with strong creative writing skills
  • Both hands on with tactical delivery but also able to set strategy
  • A strong project manager and great mentor to those around you
  • A high energy performer with the ability to remain positive during difficult times
  • Constantly striving for exceeding, not just achieving, all targets
