Salary: £25,000

HR Administrator



Our prestigious client in Hampton is looking for a HR Administrator to assist the team. As well as supporting the HR team in general admin duties, you will also provide support for their recruitment sessions, helping to arrange the sessions themselves and complete all paperwork involved. You will also help maintain the HR database and associated systems to ensure accuracy of data and provide reports as requested.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arranging interviews
  • Sorting of files and references
  • Updating organisations charts
  • Organise the recruitment sessions
  • Maintaining and updating HR databases
  • Taking telephone messages
  • Maintain confidential information with care and respect
  • Other general admin tasks by reasonable request of a manager

Person Specification

  • Strong background in HR administration
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good listening skills
  • Comfortable using basic IT programs (ie Word, Excel, Email) and databases
