Salary: £22,000 - £24,000

Business Development Executive

Wimbledon

£22,000 - £24,000

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our client’s growing team in Wimbledon, to support in developing of the company in the UK&I and European region. This is an opportunity to help shape a high growth company that has been developing organically in EMEA and interact with cross function and cross-cultural teams.

The role will oversee the project management of their products and services and to be able to generate new business leads and present to clients. There will be opportunities to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, conferences and other events.

Above all, we are looking for a confident, self-motivated and switched-on individual. Extensive training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open new leads within the Telecoms sector in UK and Europe
  • Demonstrate and present products and services to potential customers
  • Provide technology and market insights helping to enhance products portfolio
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Creating documentation needed for different products and services
  • Evaluate and feedback on the potential of the opportunities (market/offering) and make suggestions to adapt the sales action plan

Person Specification

  • Confident, well-organised with good time management skills
  • Studies in the relevant sector – IT, Telco, Business Administration is a strong plus
  • Strong presentation skills with good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong customer and client relationships
  • Ability to work well as part of a new team and in wider company
  • Persistence and enthusiasm to learn
