Permanent Full Time

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

We have a great opportunity to join one of our clients as a HR Advisor, working alongside and supporting the Group HR Director in this newly created role in Chessington. This is a perfect chance to work for a fun, passionate company in a fast-paced role where two days are never the same! The role will include recruitment, ER, policies, training and more.

The ideal candidate will be fully CIPD qualified and have some experience working within a small HR team. You will also be a proactive thinker in order to fulfil the role successfully. Don’t forget to apply now if you are interested.

 

The Role:-

  • Full, all-round Generalist role
  • Recruitment, ER, policies & procedures, absence management, training
  • Guidance to Line Managers
  • Chair disciplinary and grievance meetings
  • Payroll collation and pension onboarding
  • First point of contact for recruitment and agencies
  • Liaison with departments and managers
  • Run weekly and monthly reports
  • Create contracts and offer letters

Personal Specification:-

  • HR Advisor / Generalist background
  • Fully CIPD qualified
  • Ambitious and forward thinking - a thirst for making things happen
  • A people person and experience of working within a small HR team
