Location: Wimbledon

Salary: £22,000+

Carlton Recruitment is holding a Candidate registration day in Wimbledon on Tuesday 3rd July 2018.

  • Your passport, if you do not have a passport please bring your full birth certificate
  • National Insurance card/Letter
  • Drivers and forklift operators must have their valid license so we can make copies.

Lettings Negotiator


£22,000 for the first 3 months

Thereafter £15,000 plus 10% commission on all fees -OTE 1st year £35,000

This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates who have the drive and passion to work in a busy, award winning independent Lettings Office.

The company is a vibrant and growing business. On the verge of further expansion, they are looking for individuals who have a real interest in the property industry to join the energetic and hardworking team of professionals.

Previous experience is not required, however you must be:

  • Positive and proactive
  • Organised, hardworking and resilient
  • Good communicators who promote outstanding customer service
  • Well presented and professional
  • Resourceful and able to work under your own initiative.
  • Target driven, competitive and money orientated
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence

Hours of work:

8:30am - 7pm Monday to Thursday

8am - 6.30pm on a Friday

08:45am - 5pm every other Saturday

Office Cover one evening a week until 8pm
