£10.55 per hour

 

We are seeking 2 temporary Administrators to join our client based in Wimbledon. You will be providing excellent administration skills and experience in a customer focussed environment. The ideal candidate will have a good IT knowledge and coupled with fast, accurate data entry skills.

 

Role Responsibilities:

·         Process bookings, orders and other applications and payments on the computer system

·         Carrying out a range of general administration activities such as data entry and mailings in order to support customer enquiries

·         Ensure that invoices and credit notes and confirmations are dispatched in line with the companies standards

·         Respond to all enquiries via telephone and email related to customer queries

·         Assist with the accurate registration, enrolment and logging of results

·         Updating spreadsheets, database systems

·         Printing and quality checking certificiates

 

Personal Specification:

·         Excellent administration skills and experience within a similar role

·         Good IT knowledge and confidence with data entry

·         Good time management, logical, analytic and problem solving skills

·         Good telephone skills

·         Ability to adapt to new technology quickly
