Permanent Full Time

Salary: £20,000 - £27,000

Claims Team Assistant

Tooting

£20,000 - £27,000

Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays working 8:30am -12pm

 

We are seeking a Claims Team Assistant to join our client in Tooting on a permanent, full time basis. This role will require exceeding client expectations in the delivery of the businesses services. You will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

 

Role Responsibilities:

 

·        Respond quickly and effectively to claims reported

·        Manage all claims processes smoothly

·        Develop positive relationships with the clients

·        Enhance relationships through your professionalism

·        Follow Branch procedures

·        Ensure all relevant information is given to the client as required

·        Take responsibility for your personal development

·        To act in accordance with current business procedures

 

 

Personal Specification:

 

·        Experience within a Claims, Motor, Home or Insurance industry

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Fast learner

·        Ability to organise yourself efficiently

·        Think imaginatively

·        Work well under pressure at all times
