Salary: £17,000 / £7.85ph

Temp to Perm Sales Administrator

Immediate Start

Kingston

Monday - Friday - 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (37.5 hours a week)

Annual Salary £17,000/ Temp hourly rate £7.85 (12 weeks)

Our client is looking for an individual to join their sales office based in Kingston. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, passionate & motivated!

 

Responsibilities to include:

  • Be the first point of call for all incoming sales via phone & email
  • Inputting quotes, sales orders, purchase orders & 'special’ orders
  • Handling all post
  • Keeping reports up-to-date
  • Pass customer feedback onto Management and Area Sales Managers
  • Order office supplies
  • Working on the trade counter
  • Picking and Packing items from the warehouse

 

Key Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Experience in a sales admin role
  • Excellent organisation, multitasking & prioritising skills
  • The ability to thrive under pressure
  • Willing to learn and improve
  • Team player
