We are seeking an ICT Technician to join our Client in Hampton, providing first line support to employees via the IT Helpdesk.
Resolving issues, managing user accounts, maintain hardware and software and generally providing support.
· Acting as first point of contact for the ICT team
· Taking ownership of queries, service requests, and any issues
· Setting up, maintaining and repairing hardware and software
· Manage user accounts
· Carry out daily system checks
· Configure and monitor network
· Generally supporting the team
Experience / Requirements:
· GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
· Qualification in IT or experience gained
· Working within a team
· Excellent ICT skills
· Windows, MS Office and web browsers
· Configuring printers, tablets, mobile phones, PC’s and servers
