Salary: ££9-£11 DOE

Role Office Manager

Location:  Sheerness 

Hours: 16 per week, includes every other Saturday

Salary - £9-£11 DOE.

We are recruiting a part time Office Manager to support a local company in Swale.

The successful candidate will have:

• The ability and confidence to work alone.
• Line manage the support administrator
• Good organisational and administration skills
• Ensure the office opening hours are adhered too.
• Basic accounts for invoicing skills
• A good understanding of basic finance management and recording
• Computer skills - Ability to use Word and Excel Software 
• The ability to use email and use online computer systems including Facebook 
• A flexible and friendly approach
• An excellent phone manner

You will be required to work 16 hours per week on the following days.
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm 
Week 2 - Mon, Tues, Weds, Friday and Sat (10am to 2pm)
