Manager of HR Systems - French speaking

Location: Central London

Temporary Full Time

Salary: £Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Full-Time Temporary 12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for a French speaking Manager of HR Systems to work for a vibrant team in this World leading Company that actively promotes from within and provides employees with a wide range of development and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR practitioners in their daily transactions and maintain data standard
  • Conduct frequent data audits and work with agency HR administrators to correct data as needed
  • Troubleshoots basic system and technical issues with Reach, and works with US HRIS team and SuccessFactors support to resolve, when assistance is needed
  • Liaison between the payroll vendor and agencies for the payroll interface process, including issue resolution
  • Prepares accurate and timely monthly reports from Reach as required by management
  • Generate ad hoc reports: extract data, create formulas, combine/transform data as needed
  • Creation and maintenance of Reach reporting templates for France
  • Reach System administration includes, but is not limited to:

o HRIS access/security requests

o HRIS foundation tables maintenance

o Time Off, if applicable

  • Data load into Reach from excel spreadsheets
  • Identify training needs of end users and develop and provide the necessary training to meet those needs
  • Recommend system enhancements and process improvements
  • Maintain HRIS community for agency HR practitioners
  • Perform system testing/user acceptance testing of HR system development and enhancements prior to production implementation
  • Update documentation when needed for Agencies and Payroll Practitioners
  • Project participation when needed, project stakeholder responsibility when needed
  • Backup support for HRIS Manager in UK/Spain
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Experience/ Requirements:

  • Experienced HR systems background
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables), Word and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of HR and HR legislation in France and Spain
  • Prior HRIS system implementation and data conversion experience a plus
  • Experience with data models and table layouts, and report writing tools (i.e. Crystal reports)
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and payroll data requirements
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in facilitation and / or project stakeholder
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team bringing a sense of urgency to the tasks at hand
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluency in French and English is required
