An excellent opportunity for a highly experienced  Business Intelligence Consultant to take charge the companies Business Intelligence in the CRM department. You will always be responsible for developing, supervising and continuing reporting functionality.  Candidates  should have a thorough understanding of the fundamental data that can be used to perform data analytics. In addition you  will also create and evaluate CRM information to cater to client needs.

Mostly work on two areas; integration of tools and platforms including for instance Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Braze, Moengage, Leanplum, AWS, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics and DOMO, and the use of these to analyse user behaviour to guide CRM efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities;

·         Working with departments to design and provide performance reports

·         Produce detailed user performance analysis, identifying trends, issues and opportunities

·         Giving advise to  clients on best practices and deliver projects  on time and to budget

·         Cater to client requirements

·         Create and develop reports and dashboards to present information clearly

·         Empowering the CRM team centred on the client needs

·         Lead CRM projects under guidance from a Lead CRM Consultant

 

Qualifications and experience:

·         Great understanding of information technology and management information systems

·         Well experienced with  CRM database structures

·         Knowledge of SQL, relational databases and using data base query software

·         Excellent planning and organisation skills,

·          Experienced managing projects

·         Confident in using large datasets, data manipulation and modelling, analysing

·         Experience in using tools such as MS Power BI

·         An understanding of Master Data Services (MDS) and how data quality processes can be implemented

·         Experience or awareness of Big Data and Data Science related technologies, such as R or Azure Machine Learning, to design and implement predictive analytics models

·         Strong stakeholder management and communication skill, being able to build relationships with both clients and colleagues

·         Have relevant degree I.e. (mathematical or computer science related disciplines)~

·         Good problem solving skills

·         Highly motivated,  with ability to  work under pressure and manage competing priorities and deadlines

·         Good writing, communication and presentation skills

·         Excellent MS Excel user including the use of graphs, formulas, dashboards, pivot table, VBA and Power Query
