The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication, problem-solving skills and be able to use their initiative to help resolve customer queries.
• Must be completely at home with the demanding A&D community whether this is via telecalls, Teams calls etc
• Experienced in promoting high end specialist product solutions
• Responsible for generating new business utilising your existing industry contacts and working with the company’s internal team generating leads through Glenigans/Barbour etc
• Experienced in managing relationships with Distribution Partners
• Building relationships with key clients, architects and contractors, with the goal of securing specification and involvement of the external sales team as needed.
• Providing project intelligence via the company’s CRM system and external project platforms to enable theI team to identify relevant target projects
• Must be familiar with excel, word, PP, CRM system
• Co coordinating incoming enquiries by ensuring the customer is serviced, the enquiry is maximised and all relevant team members are engaged.
