Admin Assistant with current DBS Certificate

Location: Battersea

Permanent Full Time

Salary: £10.50 Per Hour

Our Client is seeking a great administrator with a keen eye for accuracy to input personnel data for this lovely establishment in Battersea. The assignment is to start on Friday afternoon and Monday to Friday, 9 - 4 the following week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support for the Office
  • Admin support for new projects
  • Checking and processing invoices
  • Answering the telephone calls & directing calls
  • Sort internal & external mail, manage and respond to electronic mail


  • Good administrative and secretarial experience including typing, printing, binding
  • Microsoft Office programmes - In Design (desirable) Word, Excel - intermediate ,Pivot tables, PowerPoint - knowledge and Outlook + Internet
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
