Learning Delivery Coordinator

Location: Wimbledon and working from home

Temporary Full Time

Salary: £13.70 per hour

12 week Contract

We are seeking a Learning Delivery Coordinator to join an incredible company in Wimbledon.
This role will see you working from home with the occasional presence in the Wimbledon office.

In this role you will be providing effective customer service, delivering face to face and digital learning programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end to end administrative and delivery of digital and face to face programmes
  • Providing the highest level of customer service
  • Growing and maintaining strong relationship with customers and stakeholders
  • Setting up digital and face to face courses and events
  • Producing effective marketing strategies
  • Sorting out bookings, digital orders and applications
  • Ensuring accuracy of information, operating within service standards, business rules and data protection guidelines
  • Delivering sessions to a high standard
  • Managing the logistics and scheduling for virtual classes/webinars
  • Raising invoices and credit notes using the relevant system and approve supplier invoices
  • Processing cancellations, transfers, substitutions and other amendments to bookings
  • Managing to assess performance of products, feedback and customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid, strong Administration background
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Some diary management
  • Prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects
  • Good digital skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written communication
  • Excellent IT and digital skills including the use of Microsoft Office products including Teams
  • A problems solver and ability to create solutions under pressure
