Location: Kingston Upon Thames area

Permanent Full Time

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Full time permanent

Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Staffing Manager to handle every aspect of the company's staffing needs, working within a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for recruiting, booking in, and retaining employees. It is an exciting opportunity to join an amazing company in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities for the Staffing Manager

  • Scheduling staff in for jobs
  • Manage rotas within budgets
  • Keep staff records up to date
  • Collate the hours for the payroll company
  • Contact for all staffing related enquiries from the team
  • Liaising with the HR support company, but will need some HR experience when dealing with staff

Experience/ Requirements for the Staffing Manager

  • Must be able to drive as some days will be required onsite
  • Must have experience dealing in booking staff, with ability to cope with last minute changes
  • Ideally come from an Events/Catering background
  • You will need to be a quick problem solver
  • Have a high degree of accuracy and speed
  • Have the ability to react professionally to evolving situations
  • You will need to be happy to work irregular hours on occasion
