Team Administrator

Location: Wimbledon

Permanent Full Time

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

Our Client in Wimbledon is looking for an all-round Team Administrator.


This position will suit either someone who is kick-starting their career, has a small amount of Admin/Accounts knowledge or an experienced Administrator ideally with some accounts.


Strong IT and communication skills are key, as well as a flexible approach to daily tasks.


Key Responsibilities for this Team Administrator:


·         Initially looking after three departments – Lettings, Invoicing and Rents

·         Lettings = dealing with telephone calls and emails, liaising with Tenants, organising repairs, dealing with complaints etc.

·         Getting keys cut

·         Organise check-outs and inspections

·         Prepare agreements

·         Invoicing = arranging payments, inputting onto the systems, authorising with Manager’s

·         Rents = posting to accounts, dealing with queries, admin fees



Experience/ Requirements for this Team Administrator role:


·         Some Admin and ideally Accounts background

·         Highly organised

·         PC Literate

·         Ideally knowledge of TAS books, Sage, MS Excel and all Microsoft Packages

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         All round administration skills
