Senior Air Product Coordinator

Location: London Heathrow

Permanent Full Time

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Air Product Coordinator to join and incredible company at London Heathrow. In this role you will be ensuring customer’s demands are met through advancing activity, quotations, billing requests and reporting in highest standard and swift manor.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Air Product Coordinator

  • Conduct all policies and procedures in a professional approach, behaviour and confidentiality at all times
  • willingness to undertake additional roles to meet the needs of your department
  • Contributing in the formation, development, and execution of the Business Development strategy
  • Assist in product, network, sales, and branches in attaining business objectives
  • Guarantee all department activities are made in agreement with industry best practice
  • Follow up processes, ensuring premium service is delivered to our customers issue
  • Provide technical knowledge / support to the business and network
  • Follow-up and report monthly on success of quotes provided
  • Maintain database/spreadsheet solution for current rate pricing
  • Examine volume and pricing data from clients and network to guide commercial decisions
  • Update and maintain pricing databases and tools
  • Contribute in projects related to improving pricing tools, processes, and competitiveness
  • Make sure all customer reports are delivered correctly on time
  • On board new customers and ensuring their experience is positive
  • Manage and action customer complaints and issues
  • Attain specified conversion rate objectives
  • Ensure proper & timely handover of bookings, customer contract agreements and relevant details
  • Support line manager with monthly KPI reports as agreed.


  • Vocational working and thinking level
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Experience in forwarding and logistics industry
  • Good communication / telemarketing and negotiation skills
  • High level of MS Excel skill and IT skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and entrepreneurial mind set
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Capable of building relationships with others
  • Capable to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to plan and prioritise workloads is essential
  • Bring creative ideas to the team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work at all times
