Customer Services Administrator - Operations Dept

Location: SW19 Office based

Temporary Full Time

Salary: £13.40 per hour

Starting 27th Feb to end of April - possibly longer, maybe an opportunity to go permanent.

Our client is looking for a Customer Services Administrator in their Operations Dept dedicated to delivering exceptional customer care and ensuring the flawless execution of projects. You will deliver operational support to the wider Operations, Marketing, and Sales Teams.

 

Key Responsibilities as Operations Executive:

  • Main point of contact for all exhibitor / contractor queries ensuring a high-quality customer experience pre, during and post the events.
  • Send out welcome emails, reminder / deadline emails etc.
  • Answering exhibitor emails and calls and maintaining records for each exhibitor on the relevant systems.
  • Maintain operational information on Dynamics (CRM).
  • Follow the working critical path time plan for each event.
  • Regular floorplan checks to maintain accuracy and changes as required.
  • Producing, maintaining, and amending all copy for the exhibitor manual as needed.
  • Update contractors with the exhibitor list and floorplan as required.
  • Assist with team accommodation bookings and other essential requirements for the shows.
  • Liaise with any sponsors as needed.
  • Produce staff handbook for each event.
  • Source and secure other equipment required for each event as directed.
  • Prepare all onsite material (printing all docs), onsite schedule, stationery, subsistence etc.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook
  • Personable with strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Good time keeping.
  • Assertive and diplomatic.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Willing and able to work long and flexible hours, as needed.
  • Able to work independently using own initiative.
  • Thrive under pressure.

  • Excellent multi-tasker.
