Membership Administrator - Start ASAP until end of May possibly longer

Location: Birmingham

Temporary Full Time

Salary: £12-£15 p/h

Start ASAP - until end of May possibly longer

Our client needs someone to undertake the updating of their membership database.


Key Responsibilities as Membership Administrator:

  • To assist with updating membership records for the client.
  • Answering calls and emails.
  • Data entry including updating payment records for the client’s members.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience of updating membership records
  • Great Customer Service skills over the phone
  • Fast accurate data entry skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce based CRM would be ideal
  • Good practice for GDPR compliance
  • Attention to detail
  • Accuracy
