Office Administrator/PA

Location: Wimbledon

Permanent Full Time

Salary: £35,000-£45,000

37.50 hours per week
Office Based

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional? Do you have strong clerical skills, and strong computer skills? If so, we have a great opportunity for you as an Office Administrator / PA to support our client’s team and Director in maintaining efficient office operations.

This role requires excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment.
 

Key Responsibilities for the Office Administrator/PA:

  • Initial point of contact for clients, telephone and face-to-face
  • Overseeing office policies
  • Creating and maintaining a filing & key management system which includes electronic archiving
  • Maintaining corporate policy procedures & documents
  • Considering and implementing new marketing strategies
  • Liaising with marketing company
  • Drafting advertisements for magazines
  • Invoices for fees & disbursements, monitoring incoming payments & completion monies along with staff expenses
  • Liaising with accountant
  • Business partnerships with local schools/companies/enterprises.
  • Social media oversite & contributions.       
  • Supporting the formation of business plan cashflows and presentations to external shareholders.
  • Managing office supplies; order stationery, kitchen supplies
  • General PA and Secretarial support to the Director and sales focused colleagues.

 

Person spec for the PA/Administrator:

  • University education – ideal not essential
  • Must be local to the Wimbledon area only, 30 minutes commute.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  •  Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Great computer skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Good letter writing skills, fast turnaround of reports.
  • Some basic accounting/bookkeeping and knowledge of Reapit would be useful not essential.
