Salary: £35k

Customer Service Executive

Full time – office based – possibly 2 days WFH after probation

Up to 35k per annum

Permanent – starting ASAP

Job Summary:

Are you a detail-oriented Customer Service Executive ? Our client is looking for someone to support their clients and ensure smooth communication throughout the order and delivery process. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, logistics environment

      Customer Service

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.

 

Handle customer complaints, issues, and requests, providing effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Process orders, track shipments, and manage after-sales support.

Work closely with internal teams (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Ensure smooth operations and ensure coverage hours per company policies.

      Sales Account

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and proactively upsell products/services.

Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing agreements, and product recommendations.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and account activity using CRM software

      General & Administrative:

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights.

Qualifications:

  • University educated
  • 3+ years of customer service experience (preferably in import/export, or logistics industries)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with order processing systems, CRMs, or ERP platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Bilingual skills are a bonus (especially Italian or French,)
