The Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying their needs, and guiding them toward the right solution. You’ll play a key part in growing the client base, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads and enquiries.
- Present services in a clear, confident, and consultative manner.
- Work closely with colleagues and the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Attend property networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote the brand.
- Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and client engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity against targets.
About You
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within property or professional services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative and client-focused approach.
- Confident working towards targets and KPIs.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
- Genuine interest in the property sector and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
