Salary: £25k - 30k

Customer Service Administrator

South West London ( near Wimbledon)

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Office based

Permanent 25k – 30k + Benefits and Bonus

Our client is looking for an articulate person with a passion / interest in fine fashion accessories who can work well under pressure and take charge of any given task with enthusiasm, the successful candidate must be, focused, friendly and highly organised and efficient.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing, packaging, tracking and sending out online orders.
  • Dealing with incoming phone calls.
  • Dealing with online and customer queries by e-mail and telephone.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post.
  • Managing stock processing and the restocking of retail outlets.
  • Merchandising stock in branches of a well-known department store.
  • Happy to travel around the UK on short business trips
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
  • Confidently use Adobe Photoshop to edit images.
  • Liaising with staff in the production team to produce quotations for special orders and also to ensure orders are processed in time.
  • Monitoring and replenishing warehouse stock
  • Make sure the website matches what we have in stock
  • Process stock recalls/returns
  • Organise collections and deliveries to stores and the warehouse.
  • Store visits for merchandising and stock checks
  • Price changes
  • Setting up new products

Additional Duties

  • Using content management systems to maintain and update content and images on the company’s websites.
  • Creating ideas and images for seasonal promotions on the websites.
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems

Skills and Qualifications;

  • Education to include A levels
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience of dealing with customers; via email and telephone.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for good display essential.
  • Cultural awareness.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work calmly when under pressure.
  • Works well in a team or independently
