Administrator

South Wimbledon

£9.00 PH

Mon – Fri 10.30 – 4.30

Our client in South Wimbledon is looking for an Administrator to work with them on a temporary basis.

Your role will be to update and maintain computer systems and databases on a daily basis. The information you will be working with will be a mix of text and numerical data. Much of the job also involves logging information and data from paper hard copies into spreadsheets and databases.

This is a crucial role that involves a high degree of accuracy, as the information in these systems are only valuable if precise, up-to-date and useable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logging to ledgers and databases
  • Matching documents to payments
  • Keeping up to date with incoming payments
  • Good computer skills, but also comfortable with using paper-based systems
  • Much be really organised and patient able to prioritise workload and keep on top of the workload

 Person Specification

  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure
  • Must have good IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
