Finance Administrator

Location: Leatherhead

Temporary Full Time

Salary: £15 PH

Accounts/Finance Administration


£15.00 per hour

Our high profile client needs temporary support in their Finance Team for a couple of months. To fit the bill you will be AAT or qualified by experience, have outstanding administrative and communication skills. You will be providing comprehensive back up support for the team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify that transactions
  • Prepare, verify, process and review coding, of invoices
  • Enter invoices for payment
  • Prepare online BACS / manual cheques as and when required
  • Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable
  • Perform bank reconciliation on weekly basis (various bank accounts)
  • Maintain and process Purchase / Sales ledger records
  • Responsible for process and completion of the monthly payroll
  • Produce monthly report e.g. payroll, expense, debtors / creditors
  • Ensure statutory responsibilities are completed - Tax, NI, Pension, RTI,
  • Maintain relationship with vendors / suppliers
  • Maintain relationship with customers

Person Specification:

  • Exceptional technical skills
  • Extensive experience accounting systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamic Navision
  • Advanced Excel
  • Methodical. accurate, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships at all level
  • Flexible attitude to ensure a full support is given to the team
