Are you looking for an entry level role into the payroll and HR industry, building valuable knowledge and experience along the way? Carlton Recruitment is looking for a Client Payroll and Employee Solutions trainee in Leatherhead to work their way up to a professional qualification. This role is client facing which will involve providing a professional service in payroll and benefit administration.


Key Responsibilities:

·         Providing a service in payroll and benefit administration

·         Payroll administrator duties

·         Process payroll

·         Ensure all payroll processes and procedures are documented and updated regularly

·         Data entry, filing and reporting

·         Liaise directly with clients for the submissions of required documents relating to payroll

·         Update employee records as appropriate

·         Ad hoc reporting

Personal Specification:

·         A hard worker

·         An interest in payroll and HR

·         GCSE and A Level or equivalent

·         Ideally lives locally to Leatherhead
