Our client is seeking a Projects and Management Systems Coordinator to assist with the Directors with all new and existing projects and to support the ISO Management Team to any queries and keeping the systems relevant and up to date. This is a great role for someone with great customer service skills. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of tasks relating to the maintenance of the ISO Management Systems such as Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Information Security
  • Attend ISO Group Meeting s as required
  • Schedule external audits and monitoring, scheduling and documenting internal audits
  • Liaise with employees on matters relating to the ISO Management Systems and update the company on any changes that may affect the activities of the Management Systems
  • Organise the Annual Management Review of the ISO Management Systems as a basis for improvement
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure the business is environmentally compliant
  • Liaise with ESOS advisors as required
  • Ensure all accreditations are renewed before them expiring and liaise with the providers with required data to achieve renewed accreditation and ensure the correct certificates are saved in the relevant folder. Certificates include CIPS Ethics Mark, CSR Accreditation, Safe PQQ, ROSPA, Constructionline, and others
  • Support the Health and Safety Environment manager to ensure waste transfer notes for client sites are up to date
  • Manage Employee of the Month Awards including purchasing rewards
  • Enter carbon footprint and social value data to determine carbon footprint and social value contributions
  • Organise CSR events
  • Organise major social events such as the Christmas Party and day trips
  • Ensure air cons are serviced every 6 months
  • Order business cards for staff as required
  • Liaise with Managers and Holders as required

Personal Specification:

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills including compliance
  • ISO knowledge of each type (Health & Safety, Quality, Environment)
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • High level of tact and diplomacy
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Strong communication and administration skills
  • Pro-active approach to work
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Package
