Carlton Recruitment is looking for a Student Administration Manager to join our highly established client based in Wimbledon. They are looking for someone who has experience of administrative management in a highly regulated and compliance led environment to fulfil the role. This role would perfectly suit someone looking to take their next step within management.


Key Responsibilities:

·         Accountable for the administrative activities

·         Responsible for the performance of the team in order to achieve objectives

·         Prepare and implement a business plan and staffing budget for the team

·         Manage the team operational and staffing costs against budget

·         Resource planning and implementation of the team, reviewing resource plans and adjusting them accordingly and handling variances of planned and unplanned peaks and changes

·         Responsible for team compliance in a regulated environment including adherence to external standards including Ofqual, GDPR and PCI

·         Develop and manage complex relationships and interactions with stakeholders

·         Ensure team knowledge and skills are regularly reviewed and developed ensuring high levels of accuracy

·         Monitor and review activities in the team to drive improvement initiatives to positively impact the company service

·         Become responsible for escalated complaints in relation to results in line with procedures

·         Deport to stakeholders on team performance against key metrics and SLA’s and team performance


Personal Specification:

·         Degree qualified or equivalent qualification in customer service, admin or management

·         Experience of administrative management in a regulated and compliance led environment

·         Quality management, planning, budgeting and management experience

·         Demonstrated experience of reporting against Service Level Agreements and other metrics

·         Customer focused and is able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and complaint handling skills

·         Leadership management and the ability to motivate teams in order to increase performance

·         Confident communication skills both written and verbal

·         Highly computer literate including databases and MS packages

·         Resilient and able to work under pressure

·         Strong attention to detail alongside numerical skills

A highly motivated individual keen to manage continued learning and development
