PA/Administrator -EC3

We have a unique opportunity for a PA / Office Administrator to join us in our new London office. The office will be home to a new product offering our client and a hub of activity ranging from members and brokers visiting.You’ll be part of a team establishing the London office, setting up processes and procedures and ensuring a friendly, efficient and seamless service is provided to visitors and team members alike. You will be providing a PA service booking travel, taking minutes, scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, dealing with expenses and managing inboxes/diaries as well as being the front of house representative to office visitors. This role will also include office management - preparing meeting rooms and refreshments, processing orders for services and supplies, acting as health and safety, fire warden and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. You will work closely with our other UK office.
You’ll have proven PA and office management experience and be able to work in a standalone role. You will be flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach, attention to detail and service driven.
