Birmingham – Regional role
Our client is a London based Not for profit organisation with regional offices across the UK. They are rolling out a regional Business model and this role will be based in Birmingham and support the Midlands and East team with some occasional travel to London. They promote a flexible working environment
You will be assisting in successfully implementing the business partnering model within the region
You will lead on the provision of a professional, business-focussed HR service to all departments whilst proactively building strong working relationships and networks with Directors and Management teams
You will fully understand the business planning priorities, targets, KPI,s
Facilitate and support effective resource planning
Managing complex casework
Supporting the delivery of HR transactional services as needed.
A key quality for this role is flexibility and teamwork
You will have a good grounding in all the core aspects of HR
Able to manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide advice/coaching when required.
Working in partnership with Leaders to ensure operational goals are achieved
Would suit an experienced Business Partner or someone ready to take the step up
