HR Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to become responsible for providing an accurate administrative service to the HR team within the business to cover all aspects of the employee life cycle. This role is extremely varied and will require someone with great multi-tasking skills in order to fulfil the role as intended.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a point of contact for HR queries and respond to recruitment applicants
· Provide advice regarding recruitment for line managers
· Manage recruitment administration
· Hold HR induction meetings with new joiners
· Regularly update line managers on the progress of recruitment and pre-employment checks
· Monitor probation periods and issue letters upon completion
· Act as a main point of contact for queries related to the HRIS and to mentor staff
· Ensure the HRIS and database is maintained and up to date at all times
· Record and report on employee training and development
· Ensure all personnel files are up to date for audit and GDPR purposes
· Maintain the HR forms and policies in line with legislative changes
· Take notes of internal meetings when required
· Be responsible for destroying data when needed
· Maintain accurate staffing lists
Personal Specification:
· Current/previous HR support background
· Used to working within a fast-paced environment
· Great attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills written and verbal
