HR Business Partner
£47,000 + excellent benefits
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fantastic Charity in Surrey and really make an impact on the overall strategy. The core working hours are 9-4.30 with flexibility on start/finish, excellent holidays, pension contributions and staff discount schemes
Reporting to the Director of HR & OD you will lead on developing and delivering value-added services that align with the charity’s objectives in partnership with the Directors and Senior Leadership team
Building relationships with Management, employees and Unions where applicable.
Full employee life cycle; Recruitment, ER, Training, Reward, Performance Management, Succession Planning
Understanding Key Business drivers and subsequent engagement in Business Planning
Effective workforce planning to deliver programme/regional business plans
Drive, influence and support cultural & HR aspects of Organisational Change
Ensure policies and good practice is embedded across the organisation
CIPD or similar qualified
Experience in managing ER and performance management issues
Experience of Organisation change and restructures
Experience of analysing data/identifying trends
Experience of successfully managing budgets
