Our client is seeking a Guest Manager to assist and support the Event Managers with daily communications for a range of live events. This role involves answering and making phone calls as requested and managing inboxes. This role would suit someone looking for their next step within the Events industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take Guest Management projects from start to finish
  • Become responsible for communication duties and act as a point of contact for queries
  • Collate and input guest responses into different types of databases and spreadsheets
  • Assist with post event attendance analysis
  • Proof and edit mailing elements and communications
  • Manage, organise and tidy equipment and kit to support event
  • Ad-hoc help the Guest and Event Managers as requested

 

Personal Specification:

  • A strong interest in data
  • Reliable and able to balance several tasks and prioritising each one
  • Confident both written and verbal
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Supportive of Managers when working to a deadline and flexible around those
  • Confident personality and enjoys meeting new people
  • Guest Management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
