Carlton Recruitment is looking for a vibrant individual to act as an Office Administrator/ Receptionist in Putney. The highly profiled client is looking for someone who will report to the Finance Manager and to create and maintain an enjoyable work environment ensuring a high level of organisational effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Act as a point of contact for employees and all visitors

·         Meet and greet visitors

·         Manage all couriers and deliveries

·         Ensure office supplies are stocked up

·         Set up meeting rooms including refreshments

·         Support with any department/ desk moves

·         Maintain the upkeep of the office and ensure it is clean and tidy

·         Arrange any necessary repairs

·         Support with office contracts such as daily cleaning contract

·         Maintain company car and booking process

·         Update internal HR system with new employees and queries

·         Input invoices/ supplier invoices and credit cards into the accounting system

 

Personal Specification:

·         Great communicator

·         Advanced Microsoft Office skills

·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Approachable and friendly

·         Experience within a similar role
