HR Business Partner – Operations
Leeds or Manchester based
Our London based Not for Profit client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner – Operations to be based in either their Leeds or Manchester office .
The role will report to the Head of HR whose focus is around change projects and HR systems and will have an HR Advisor supporting the HRBP This is a great opportunity to work as part of a large organisation in a small office environment.
Having recently installed a self-service HR system, you will play an important role during the rollout to ensure that the organisation is maximising the benefits.
You will be responsible for “hands-on” day to day management of the transactional services including recruitment, leavers, contract changes etc.
Deputise for the Head of HR on occasion
Proactively review, revise and update operational processes to ensure the highest standards of delivery from the HR team
Support the HR Director with the review and development of reward policy
MCIPD qualified or willing to work towards
A track record of achievement managing an HR operational service
Comprehensive knowledge of HRMI databases
Good generalist HR knowledge
Good Excel and experience of producing management reports
