Junior Customer Service Team Member



Full Time Permanent


Would you consider yourself to be an enthusiastic individual who has a keen willingness to learn? We have a great opportunity in Leatherhead for a Customer Service Team member to join our highly successful client providing support to customers of the business dealing with enquires on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities:

·         Deal with all enquiries both written and verbal

·         Provide administrative assistance to the sales department

·         Understand the Sales operations and procedures of the business

·         Create service plans as part of the pre-sales process as directed

·         Operate all activity within a software system (training will be provided)

·         Ensure quality control of all information being imputed onto the system and plans are produced as a result

·         Perform other duties as requested by the company


Personal Specification:

·         Self-starter who is reliable and professional

·         Computer literate with good IT skills and able to interact with various social media platforms

·         Administrative experience within a similar role

·         Excellent communicator both written and verbally

·         Must be understanding of customers’ needs with a level of enthusiasm to go beyond expectations

·         Must possess exceptional accuracy skills and detail focussed

·         Able to work independently and under pressure within a fast paced environment
