Carlton Recruitment is proud to present a full-time Cashier role in Epsom to provide a friendly service to all new and existing customers. You will assist with the day to day operation of the Branch as well as liaising with the Assistant Manager and other staff as required. This role would suit someone looking for their next step in banking or building society.
· Conduct account transactions for all new and existing customers
· Account openings, withdrawals and closures for customers
· Provide a high level of customer service along with a friendly and approachable attitude
· Maintain an up to date knowledge of industry standards and all products and services
· Deal with queries from all existing and prospective customers
· Provide administrative duties to the team
· Undertake all aspects of the ISA transfer process
· Perform any other related tasks requested by the Assistant Manager
· Experience within a similar customer-facing role ideally
· Have a strong understanding and ability to provide an exceptional service
· An appropriate level of numeracy is desirable
· Able to work to deadlines
· Previous cash handling experience preferred
