German Speaking HR Systems Manager

Location: SE1

Permanent Full Time

Salary: £60,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HRIS professional to join one of worlds most exciting Global Brands in the UK HQ in Central London

You will be supporting Spain and Germany which will require travel every other week to Barcelona in the first instance and Berlin next year.

Key responsibilities

Supporting the central HR system implementation and

Manager of HR Systems, Germany/Spain

JOB PURPOSE: Provides day-to-day HRIS support for Germany and Spain, including systems administration, report writing, data integrity audits, and user support.

  • Supports Germany and Spain during SuccessFactors Employee Central HR System (Reach) implementation and transition to ongoing model
  • Ensures the integrity of the Reach data. Conducts frequent data audits and works with agency HR administrators to correct data as needed.
  • Troubleshoots basic system and technical issues with Reach, and works with US HRIS team and SuccessFactors support to resolve, when assistance is needed
  • Liaison between the payroll vendor and agencies for the payroll interface process, including issue resolution
  • Prepares accurate and timely monthly reports from Reach as required by management
  • Generates ad hoc reports: extracts data, create formulas, combine/transform data as needed
  • Creation and maintenance of Reach reporting templates for Germany and Spain
  • Reach System administration includes, but is not limited to:

o HRIS access/security requests

o HRIS foundation tables maintenance

o Time Off, if applicable

  • Data load into Reach from excel spreadsheets
  • Identify training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs. Training includes in person training and conference calls/webinars
  • Recommends system enhancements and process improvements
  • Creates HRIS community for agency HR practitioners
  • Perform system testing/user acceptance testing of HR system development and enhancements prior to production implementation
  • Additional responsibilities as required


  • 6+ years HR systems experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables), Word and Powerpoint
  • Understanding of HR and HR legislation in Germany and Spain
  • Prior HRIS system implementation and data conversion experience a plus
  • Experience with data models and table layouts, and report writing tools (i.e. Crystal reports)
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and payroll data requirements
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team bringing a sense of urgency to the tasks at hand
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluency in German and English is required
