Office Administrator and Projects Manager




Do you have a background within a social and environmental CSR company who’s core principles are eco-friendly? We have a great opportunity to work as part of the Admin Team providing general administration as required. You will be required to assist the Directors with projects and events.


Office Administration and Projects

  • Provide general office administration, supporting the Directors and other members of the admin team when needed.  For example, ensuring air conditioning units are serviced every six months, managing Answer4U which provides out of office 24/7 emergency cover for the head office, ordering groceries and supplies for head office.
  • Order business cards and bulk printing of documents.
  • Research, plan and manage office projects as required by the Directors, showing initiative, looking for possible innovation.


Social and Environmental CSR, Events Management

  • Enter carbon footprint and social value data for Planet Mark to determine our annual carbon footprint and social value contributions.  To work with Planet Mark to further develop the social value measure.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Manager regarding the communication of CSR and Sustainability.
  • Liaise with CSR partners, managing programs we engage with.
  • Organise catering, events, gifts etc. for clients as instructed by the Directors.
  • Organise staff social events such as the Christmas Party, Summer Away Weekend (every 2nd year), staff day trips, celebrations in head office.


ISO Management Systems Admin and Accreditations

  • Support the ISO Management Team with admin related to the maintenance and improvement of the ISO Management Systems.
  • Schedule, attend and take minutes for ISO meetings such as Steer Group meetings and Annual Management Review Meeting. Schedule internal and external audits.


Essential Skills and Behaviours required

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Pro-active and creative, ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent planning, analytical and organisational abilities with attention to detail and compliance.
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel and Word to at least Intermediate but preferably Advanced level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
  • A high level of confidentiality.
  • Tact and diplomacy.
  • Can do attitude.


Professional qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent preferred but diploma level will also be considered.


  • Previous experience in a similar role
