Customer Service Administrator

Full Time Permanent

Would you consider yourself as creative, hardworking and approachable? Our globally successful client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to provide support to both the company and its customers. You will be working in a team of around 10, speaking to clients around the world!

Key Responsibilities:

  •          Pick, input and dispatch product requests for delivery to the customer
  •          Deal with orders and queries over the telephone and email
  •          Replenish stock room items as needed
  •          Analyse reports and use the report to order stock
  •          Maintain and manage a stock system to inform the availability
  •          Become able to suggest alternative products and solutions for customers
  •          Ensure all orders are sent to customers in a timely manner
  •          Other ad-hoc duties as requested

 

Experience/ Requirements:

  •          Someone with an interest in Interior Design/ Textiles or from a creative background
  •          Good customer service skills with relevant experience
  •          Good communication skills both written and verbal
  •          Maintain a professional attitude at all times
  •          Able to work as part of a team to meet deadlines is essential
  •          Use own initiative to make informed decisions
  •          Learn the products to provide knowledge to customers
