£22,950 pro-rata

9-12 Month Full-Time Maternity Cover


Our client is seeking an experienced Guest Manager to assist and support the Event Managers with daily communications for a range of live events. This role involves answering and making phone calls as requested and managing inboxes. This role would suit someone looking for their next step within the Events industry.


Key Responsibilities:

·         Become responsible for event hotlines and corresponding email inboxes on a daily basis

·         Work with online databases, keeping them up to date

·         Act as the first point of contact for queries from clients

·         Provide administration when needed

·         Assist with post-event attendance analysis

·         Supporting the Event Managers managing projects

·         Putting together working documents for off-site events

·         Assist with logistics including packing for events

·         Ad-hoc event pieces as required


Experience/ Requirements:

·         Guest Management experience

·         Experience using other MS applications such as Dotmailer

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Great communication skills both written and verbal

·         Strong interest in data

·         Able to use own initiative

·         Experience within a similar role or industry

·         Advanced Microsoft Office skills

·         Confident personality and able to approach and speak to new people
