Salary: £14,400




Part-Time Permanent – 21 hours per week – days/hours to suit

Our award-winning client based in Hampton is seeking a Coordinator with excellent customer service and database experience to join their team! The purpose of the role will be to ensure an excellent and efficient service to customers, making them feel valued. You will ideally have strong communication skills along with effective team working and organisational skills in order to fulfil the role accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Ensure the database is up to date and accurate at all times

·         Create records for new customers and maintain existing contact records (updating changes like address, returns)

·         Process daily cash, liaising with the finance department to ensure that all batched income is allocated correctly

·         Importing income from third party agencies

·         Processing declarations, including updating records and accurately storing declarations

·         Filing and management of paperwork, ensuring due diligence and security measures are followed

·         Ensure outgoing mail is done in a timely manner from the correct staff when needed

·         Answer the telephone and monitor the email account, ensuring the correct mail goes to the correct destination

·         Contact customers in return to answer any queries or discuss payments

·         Become conversant with relevant legislation with the company and the GDPR, implementing those at all times

·         Undertake any other ad hoc duties as requested

Experience/ Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills within a customer-focused role particularly on the phone, over email and in writing
  • Good relationship-building skills, and ability to work across teams, build internal networks and problem solve
  • Excellent IT skills including Word & Excel and knowledge of a database or CRM

·         Experience working within a customer based environment

·         Good knowledge and understanding of banking and reconciliation

·         Able to work and manage a busy workload
