Do you have a constant focus on the quality of service delivery? Our client in Wimbledon is looking for an Assessment Administrator to represent the company.

Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers applying for and going through assessments. You will be building long term relationships, enhancing the company brand, and taking advantage of opportunities to promote the value of memberships, products and services.

You be operating in a highly regulated environment and will be responsible for ensuring that you are compliant with relevant internal and external regulations e.g. PCI and GDPR. Therefore, a high degree of confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail is required to be successful in this position.

Key accountabilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers applying for and going through assessment
  • Ensure all candidate data is accurately updated and managed on internal databases
  • Continuously build, develop, share and maintain in depth product knowledge in order to confidently and accurately advise candidates, make decisions and offer value added service
  • Work within GDPR and other compliance policies and proactively seek and highlight potential concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the immediate team and internal stakeholders to develop strong relationships, identifying and offering support when required
  • Provide a tailored service to candidates and their employers who are purchasing Group Experience Assessment, offering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach
  • Understand the client’s financial procedures, monitoring existing debt and being aware of cost implications for the candidate and/or the client when amendments are made
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and responding to them accordingly
  • Meet candidates face-to-face, offering a thoughtful and friendly welcome the office and introduction to their professional discussion
  • Get involved in departmental and business-wide projects, supporting in development and testing of new processes, systems and technology in order to provide feedback from a customer perspective

Person Specification

  • Evidence of sound customer service skills is essential
  • Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent telephone call handling skills
  • Ability to learn and understand high volumes of product information
  • Comfortable with using various IT systems in order to log and retrieve customer information
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Comfortable with dealing with team members and colleagues at all levels and developing positive working relationships
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs and able to demonstrate a ‘can-do’ and positive attitude
  • Financially aware, with an understanding of invoicing and crediting processes
