Are you a strong Administrator seeking your next move? We are seeking a HR Administrator in Kingston to provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments as required. You will also provide cover for the corporate services function. This role will require someone to use their initiative, working within a busy environment!

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Maintain HR records for all offices, including starter details, updating salaries and appraisals

·         Request employee references and ensure company requirements are met

·         Assist with the Recruitment process including inputting starters, organise meetings and interviews and open days

·         Acknowledge all resignation letters and confirm final days and process any holidays owed

·         Issue exit interview forms to all leavers

·         Run sickness and absence reports on a monthly basis and issue reports to the relevant managers

·         Complete reports on labour turnover, temporary staff usage by department with costs

·         Collage quarterly headcount statistics for all offices

·         Book rooms for internal training courses and organise refreshments

·         Greet trainers for internal training programmes and ensure the correct equipment is provided

·         Take detailed meeting notes

·         Maintain an up to date record of spend against budget

·         Research, organise and promote company and employee events

·         Type HR documents as required

·         Order stationary as required

·         Undertake delegate projects and duties as requested

·         Maintain the reception desk when required, taking queries and escalating when necessary

 

Experience/ Requirements:

·         Keen experienced administrator

·         4 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English

·         30 wpm typing speed

·         Computer literate

·         Able to work on own initiative

·         Great communication skills both written and verbal

·         RSA typing qualification or equivalent is ideal

·         Able to work in a pressurised environment

·         Knowledge of Workday or equivalent HRM system

·         Experience within a busy environment

·         Note taking experience preferred yet not essential
