Senior Sales Representative

A new and exciting opportunity has become available for someone who is looking to progress within a reputable organisation based in Kent.
Generate sales from existing, lapsed and prospect customers through outbound sales calls, with responsibility for the higher potential GP surgery accounts. Booking appointments for the field team to meet, as well as be responsible for the account management of these customers. Working closely with the General Manager to manage and monitor the daily KPI’s of the current telesales team, identifying areas for development via 121 telephones coaching and monitoring of tracking systems. Taking inbound calls, processing of customer orders and follow through of customer enquiries, following quality control procedures to achieve both sales and gross profit targets. Providing a high level of customer service, up-selling, cross selling and account management to improve customer retention and grow sales.
A minimum of 2 years sales experience in a customer service/telesales role, with at least 1 year of experience in a senior telesales role, ideally with coaching and development experience within a team.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm
Salary 25-27k with commissions of around 10K (paid quarterly), 25 days holiday and company pension.
