Our Client operates within the media industry and is going through a period of rapid growth and they are seeking a Customer Service Administrator in Gunnersbury to take full ownership of the distribution and sales of their product. This role would suit someone who is sociable and is able to work individually as well as part of a team!

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Distribute weekly materials

·         Maintain and develop relationships with current and future partners

·         Maintain databases with relevant and correct information

·         Provide information to team on competitors and new clients

·         Assist with the creation of materials to be distributed, ensuring information is correct and accurate

·         Converse with team members regarding what Clients need promotion

·         Assist the Account Manager with organising events

 

Experience/ Requirements:

·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·         Able to work individually as well as part of a team

·         Able to use initiative and present ideas

·         Sociable and happy to meet new people

·         Good computer skills including MS Office and social media networks

·         Good time management skills

·         Ideally experience in WordPress or similar CMS
